1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our platform, website, virtual classroom interface, and booking our 1:1 coaching sessions, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Class Booking & Scheduling Policy

All bookings are made on a private, 1-on-1 basis. You agree to schedule classes via our student portal or directly with your assigned program coordinator. You are responsible for ensuring that you join the live virtual meeting on time. If you join late, your session will still terminate at the scheduled time.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24-hour rescheduling policy. You may reschedule or cancel any session free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside the 24-hour window will result in the loss of that lesson credit.

4. Payment & Refund Terms

Payments must be made in advance for all hourly credits or course blocks. Unused hourly credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Refund claims under our 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after completion of your first instructional class.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum guidelines, grammar templates, writing mockup frameworks, exercises, video streams, and audio files shared during your private lessons remain the exclusive intellectual property of Online Language Skills. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly display these materials.
